yes, it's strange that they announced products that can already be had for a while already. I have had the X4S D7800 for a while now, as well as the PLW1000 Kit for a while now as well. I swore off Netgear for the past 10+ years since their products caused nothing but frustration for me, but I'm surprised at how well the D7800 works.
I dont know why i missed it. May be because Netgear didn't do enough marketing to make their point across, or may be most of their previous product were too crap.
Anyway I recently discovered that it turns out Netgear may be the only consumer NAS that offer silent file corruption protection! I had no idea why, in the days where we store 4TB of photos and video this isn't provided as standard. Your image may have half of it grayed out. You video may start to fuzz... etc.....
The router needs to be disconnected from your laptop or computer, power supply and modem.
The disc should be inserted in the Laptop or computer. You must make sure that you are applying the most up-to-date disc. When the <a href="http://www.ipaddressdefinition.com/10-0-0-1/"... software package</a> is old, you can download it from the manufacturer’s internet site straightaway. When you use a computer software it is simple to install the wireless router. The recommendations given on the screen should be implemented.

Eh, what?!?Netgear launched the C6250 Cable modem-router at CES?
Sounds very strange... I have that exact model (C6250) and have had it for over 6 months.
No complaints btw. Works great...

If there is anything I really wish they could offer a better looking design for their NAS.samworthen - Friday, September 2, 2016 - link
