Considering CL16 at 3200MHz is the same latency as CL12 at 2400MHz, and comparing to DDR3 is the same as CL8 at 1600MHz, latency is actually looking good. Now prices on the other hand... I kinda have my doubts they will be great until around a years time at least.
Considering Samsungs DDR3 "Green" memory modules can already hit 3ghz... And that was released years ago, I am still not impressed by DDR4's initial clockspeeds yet, but it's still early days.

Nobody's trying hard yet.Once people like Whitepaw, 8-Pack, and many others get their hands on DDR4 kits with Samsung ICs...KABOOOOM. GHz explosion.
