Also... UK =/= Europe. UK is the 51st of the USofA. Europe is the EU and the Euro, with the UK only being an annoyance to the rest of the EU, blocking needed regulations, spying out all of the internettraffic, etc.
According to this leaflet I just got through the door for MEP elections (Member of European Parliament), the UK pays £55m a day to be a member of the EU.

We're definitely not a state, barely a territory, you should look at what Newegg usually charges to ship stuff here... Thank God for my never ending Shoprunner trial, tho lately I've been using Amazon more (even then, Prime just means free shipping, not 2 day, unless it's at Gearshop which does free 2 day even without Prime). Also, Google Nav didn't work here until last year and Google Voice still doesn't... Ok, done ranting now!
Stop raging in legitimate articles. Post something helpful or, you know about the article not about the writer. Besides they are showing pictures of where they found these products. They didn't need to show one for every currency. They were just making a point.
Hi Charon, I agree with you, he was being a bit petty. However, I'd just like to point out that England is not the same as the UK (United Kingdom of Great Britain & Northern Ireland). Also AFAIK the Pound floats against other currencies. It's sort of academic to most of the world, but gets Brits a bit steamed sometimes lol (I'm not one of them btw)... :-)

UK is a member of the EU. It makes sense/cents that they still have the pound since it is worth more than the Euro and US dollar. Sites often list various currencies. I'm not complaining when Asian currencies are posted. I'm American and am unhappy with the Internet spying going on being paid for with my own money, so the government can manipulate the world and internal affairs, but why beat Anandtech for it? As a part time gamer whose next most intensive usage case is the occasional Lightroom/Premier Elements workload, the CPU/mobo market just hasn't been very interesting the last few years. Shouldn't Thunderbolt have taken off by now?
I'm not sure even a big SATA upgrade and new drives would prompt me to upgrade, the two 830 128GB drives in RAID are working pretty well (only went RAID cause i got a clearance deal on the second one).
It is a sad state of affairs when the discussion of a "new generation" of motherboards revolves mostly around a debate as to which currencies should have been included.
Separately, is it common for launches/rollouts to be managed so poorly? It seems like the news of / release of these boards and chipsets has been dribbling out forever, with any eventual launch seeming less and less imminent, relevant, or an actual event. If it had been my company that put time and effort into this rebadge / refresh, I'd be fairly annoyed with my marketing department at this point.
Still not enough USB ports. At least one more USB 2.0 Header on the board would have done it, or getting rid of that PS2 connector already and replace it with 2 USB ports...
I'm confused... I thought the Z97 chipset was meant for Haswell refresh and Broadwell...? Would these motherboards accept current Haswell CPUs?
Also a side note, Newegg today is showing the same motherboards as a week ago, but now they have additional Z97 with Release Date 5/11. So maybe they really are shipping the Z97s already?

There is only so much space here, you don't see me complaining that they're not posting prices in Canadian dollars.Also, if you want euro-focused news you should read a European web site. It's really not practical to appeal to everyone in the world.

Um, Anandtech is a site whose content is in English.For Europe, the country that is the largest English-speaking country is (surprise!) England.
England uses the Pound.
Thus, when taking screenshots of European prices, for easiest readability to Americans, you use an English-based website.
The Pound and the Euro are fixed to each other - if you haven't figured out the conversion in the last 15 years, then you're the one who needs help.
They also show NTD instead of Yen or Renminbi! Taiwanese puppets!

oh, nice.gigabyte finally fixed their socket location for their mITX boards. That was a major shortcoming for their 7 and 8 series mITX boards.
