seriously though, that Titanium model is ganna be an extremely frustrating user experience. 512MB RAM? The 4S has that much, and on iOS7 I'm experiencing more app crashes due to insufficient memory not to mention it's Android 4.2 and not Kit Kat. What a terrible strategy for "would be" first time adopters of the Archos brand.
If these Archos phones are close to stock/full-stock android, that 5" phone looks to be a pretty nice midrange phone. Its a larger, thinner Moto G (not sure about that processor compared to the Snapdragon) with what looks to be a better camera. Now if Archos could just shrink down their logo so it doesn't look like crap on the front of their devices...
I really like Archos, for one. I had a mini-tablet, 5" touch mp3 player from them. Like a smartphone, but no phone. It was great for the time, much better than the ipod touch. I think they'd be great for smartphones on MetroPCS or Virgin Mobile. They could compete in the upper end market as well for sure, but I think they'd be a shoe in for the economy market of smartphones here in the US.

That Archos 64 Xenon. How does a 6.4", 9.3mm thick device only have a 2800 mAH battery? What are they doing with all that internal space?ddriver - Saturday, February 22, 2014 - link
