"game ready" for Battlefield 4 and Batman: Arkham Origins,

I wonder if that is a shot at amd being in beta still.

    Hey Jarred,

Any word on timeframe for updating Bench? None of the new AMD cards are in there, and it's still using the older game bundle.

    Thanks!

GPU 2013 is Ryan's child, so I don't do much there. I only have "Mobile Bench", which I've just updated with new benchmarks as I felt appropriate; the GPU side has taken a different route, with GPU becoming GPU 2012 and the addition of GPU 2013, and Ryan hasn't gone back and benched quite a few of the older cards. At this point, he might just be waiting on 2014 to revamp everything again. Heh. Sorry I'm not much help, but I'll at least mention this on our next group chat. :-)

I hope this update fixes their compute performance! The 331.58 "game ready" yields a performance loss of 30% compared to 327.23 for POEM@Home (OpenCL) with a GT640. I'd rather have a compute ready driver!

Reportedly Folding@Home (OpenCL) is also affected, as well as DistRTgen@Home (CUDA) and PrimeGrid (CUDA) with a 10-15% performance loss for 3 out of 3 Fermis and Keplers.

There are still some surround issues with Windows 8.1, even on these drivers. Display will lose focus and won't let you click on items. It eventually leads to a video freeze, sometime the video driver will reset on its own but most of the time it sits frozen until a manual reboot. Does not happen if surround is disabled though. :/
