"pretty fancy looking piece of kit"
"a legitimate sense of visual drama"

Is this what Anandtech has come to?

The pipeline is just a news section.

It's just a quiet day in the newsroom, give them a break...

Fancy words for "it looks cool". Shame on me, how dare I attempt to use interesting vocabulary.

May be too much name for a mousepad.

I would consider a Naga Hex if it had a matted top without the LoL branding. Preferably with the Deathadder sensor instead of 70000 dpi laser one.

You still need a keyboard. It's not like those 6 mouse buttons are going to let you play without one. So what point do they serve? You need 4 keys to smart cast 4 main abilities (Q,W,E,R). You need 4 more to self cast those same abilities (A,S,D,F). You need a few item buttons (1,2,3). Summoner spells (4,T). 6 mouse buttons isnt enough to replace everything even on just one side of a keyboard.

Um, really? A multi-button mouse does not replace the keyboard. Duh. It adds buttons for extra uses. Perhaps you don't like using #1 (a bit of a stretch for me) then you can add it to a thumb button on the mouse. Or maybe a push to talk if you don't like your mic being on all the time. Or ...

I do not know how to respond to this comment, frankly. Multibutton mouses are pretty standard these days and can be pretty useful. Outside of gaming environments too. But you still need a monitor, and a computer, and probably a chair for it to be of much use. And a keyboard.

Damnit Razer. I want 30 buttons on the side of my mouse, duh.
  • karasaj - Tuesday, March 5, 2013 - link

Actually, please just throw in a full qwerty keyboard.

i was a fan of RAZER back when i bought the Razer Copperhead but since 2012 something happened to them cause i only see out-of-place and outdated products like this one.
They release in 2013 a mouse with an OLD "5600dpi laser sensor" ? FAIL!
