I'm currently running iOS 5 Beta 5 - and I don't have that option in mt settings, under WiFi. I'm running the latest generation Time Capsule as my router / backup but it doesn't show on my iPhone.

You can only configure new devices from their initial state. So you if reset your Time Capsule to factory settings, you'll be able to configure it.Nikon1 - Monday, August 8, 2011 - link
