Really Anandtech? What is with the spam on almost every article.
Anyway, I am currently interested in switching carriers, but I cannot seem to find a good balanced plan with ATT that will give me unlimited or a decent cap of web access.
You won't get that with AT&T, unfortunately. After 2gb, you're getting overage charges, just like with VZW. T-Mobile will throttle you to pitiful speeds after that point. And while Sprint offers unlimited, their coverage isn't anywhere NEAR as good as AT&T or VZW. Just pick something you're most comfortable with, and use wifi whenever possible.
It really is funny in a way, and it is also why I bought a Droid 2 (A less expensive 3G phone) when renewing with Verizon. I really wanted to wait and get a 4G phone, but what good is that speed if you are not allowed to use it?

Developers could instead go to GiveMeApps.com instead, create a free account, upload their apps and get 100% of their revenue instead of laughable 60 or 70% the main app stores are giving them.

It should be noted that the most recent version of the Bionic that is to be released on Verizon is the XT875, which replaced the XT865.Brandon

Welcome to my current Comcast world...I'm paying for basic broadband service... speeds have gone up from 2Mpbs to 4, to 8, 12, 16, 20 and just recently 24Mbps.... yet same monthly cap.
I keep getting calls and paper email saying I can upgrade speed for "only a few $$ more"... why would anyone?
This is like wireless carriers releasing 4G phones..... they advertise/pester you to upgrade your existing service... yet still have a cap in place.
