Logitech is certainly very happy because of the ridiculous price that Apple charges for their keyboard case. This allows them to charge more for their own keyboard case since the ceiling is not higher, and also make their half priced keyboard more attractive for prospective buyers.
They've been doing this with Apple accessories for a while now - the prices are silly and the quality is moderate, but the value is still comparatively high. The Apple ecosystem is a captive market begging to be bled dry.
