I guess these bundles don't cost much. The RX 5500 XT desperately needs a $10 price cut for the 4GB model, and $20 for the 8GB model. It isn't as good a deal as the 1650 Super or the old 8GB Radeon cards. So we get this instead, I guess. Weird.

So the worst reviewed game of all time, the game that made Ubisoft abandon their open world gameplay model after several successful years, and a remake of Resident Evil.

    Ooof... not great.

Warcraft 3 is a fun game, ignore review bombing by users, critics gave it a mid level score. It just is disappointing that after all the money spent it is basically just a texture pack and new models. Even the animations are still locked to 30 fps and the controls in multiplayer are not good (like Starcraft 1, this is no Starcraft 2).

Resident Evil 2 remake was one of the best games last year. That is a game that shows Blizzard what is possible.

Ubisoft, no comment. It's ... fine.

no sadly those improvements were cancelled

i was just bummed that they didn't increase animation speed to FPS speed, and maybe use the Starcraft 2 engine

"Fans" asked not mess with the original story and gameplay, so plans were "dialed back".
It's not a ramake, it's the same old engine updated to handle more pixels.

I'd love they get the SC2 engine... but I was into minority.

Nah, User EULA and over-banned complaints, refund request, censored contents and Graphics quality has been downgrade not as promised in 2018, W3R is a real shame to the gaming industry so that why users (mostly hardcore fan) are hoarding them with 0 scores.

    Bans were for profanity.
    Refunds are there.
Cutscenes were remade more in line with the originale instead of the "movie look" after "hardcore fans" protested at BlizzCon 2018.

Also review bombing undermine the rightful complains... it's childish.

Users have the right to review the game as they please, and if the overwhelming majority wants to give it a 0, then that's very well their right. What's not fine are users reviewing a game they did not purchase, but that's how MetaCritic works, it's not like a Steam review which can only be posted if they actually own the game on Steam and shows how long the user played.

Bans were for profanity? I don't think I need to remind you that an official map literally named "Booty Bay" (features pirates and treasure) has the word "Booty" censored in the server browser. So if you want to host a Booty Bay game session, you can't advertise the name "Booty Bay" in the title of the session, at best you could say "B. Bay" or something. Because, dear god won't someone think of the innocent children, they'd be eternally scarred if they saw the naughty no-no word "Booty" inside Warcraft 3 Reforged, a game primarily being bought by boomers in their mid 30s because it's a remake of a game they played 2 decades ago.

metacritic user reviews don't mean anything as you said, they have a right to be childish, I don't see how you are contradicting anything he said
  • StarFall - Wednesday, February 5, 2020 - link

If they are in their mid 30s they would be millenials not boomers.

Raise the Game, not Raise the Bar. ;)

    Well, that's embarrassing...

    Thanks!
