Dumbest thing I've read today for sure, it's a motherboard for F's sake, not air craft carrier...., WTF. These motherboard and graphics card manufactures really need to reign in their marketing departments, this trend has been annoying for more than awhile now.
Design has a place but pointless cosmetic embellishments and aggressive product names are just dumb and it shows on products like this. Take in for example a Mclaren P1, it looks sick af because while designed with aesthetics in mind everything on it is functional.
On the plus side I appreciate the idea of higher-end mATX board... so there's that I guess.
Yeah, aesthetic options are great and I think this is a actually a pretty good looking board. Likening a motheboard to a aircraft carrier however is just dumb and to the extent that personal preference can be taken out of equation is bad design.
It isn't design aesthetic that I think is amusingly bad, just silly word choice in an attempt to land sales. Like Operandi, I think the visuals are reasonable.
Looks good, better than the Biostar mATX X570 motherboard at least. If those VRMs are decent, it will be a nice alternative to AsRock, if it makes it to the EU. I could find one Coloful motherboard locally (B250 for mining). :)
My 1st question is, who the hell is Colorful? Never heard of them. Rather hard to do an internet search for a company named Colorful without getting lots and lots of unrelated stuff.
My 1st interest is at last having a 2nd choice for an mATX X570 motherboard! If it's just marginally better than Asrock's model, I might be interested.
My 1st fear is, will this company provide timely BIOS updates?
My 2nd fear is that being so heavily based around presumed aesthetics, this thing is probably littered with RGBs. I can't speak for everyone, but I don't spend hours every day gazing longingly into my computer case. Aesthetics be damned. I would honestly be happy with a 90s green PCB with no LEDs (except for maybe a POST code).
It's arguably the best among the new Chinese card/board makers whose products until recently were only sold in China. The price-quality is now probably comparable to Biostar or maybe still a notch below and was known for gaudy aesthetics for its target demo.

IMO looks sweet, however they should have used any other name than Gaming Pro, as likely MSI among others will not like this very much.maybe along lines of X570M CVN (seeing as designed around concept of aircraft carrier)
would give them a unique name/branding going forward ^.^

"Its design revolves around the CVN class of aircraft carriers, looking to fly gamers into the battle that use AMD's Ryzen 3000 processors."I hope that's a direct quote from the press kit. It's one of the more absurd things I've read today.
