It may simplify cabling a bit compared to three individual fans but I would be pretty upset if one fan had an issue and I then had to replace all three fans because they're part of one huge assembly.
the single product that needs to be replaced has 3x the moving parts of a single fan. Of course you still have 3 fans if you buy 3 fans separately, but the probability of having to replace all 3 of them at the same time is very low.
Just really nit-picking here. 3X the moving parts to fail is incorrect, as the number of parts remains the same. Sure you can argue Murloc that probability to replace all 3 is low which i'd agree, however, who says they needed to be replaced?
I am really fed up with RGB Lighting all over the place. PC Hardware Releases are not exciting anymore. I want something innovative and unique for the next generation of products. I want a high performance-oriented Fan in order to keep Temperatures in check.
I'm not sure about the marketing approach here. Cooling fans with square frames have been a thing for as long as cooling fans have been in computers. Why make that kind of branding attempt as a differentiator? Is RGB-everywhere running out of momentum?

IDK about the triple fan frame. It doesn't offer much over having 3x single fans, yet has 3x the moving parts that can fail.
