Is it likely they were too close to a product launch to make a last minute correction so they forged ahead with the broken product branding under the assumption that since RGB power cables are a niche item that few if anyone would notice the blunder?

I can't wait to position my factory overclocked RGB inkjet at the edge of my RGB desk so the things I print from it can fall directly into my RGB gaming trashcan!

Seriously though; I already have a GPU with a light that cannot turn off, and it is a somewhat conservitive white color. That alone annoys me. I am sort of dreading my next build, and just hope that the trend starts to reverse. I may pay extra to get parts without RGB lol Black is the new Black... we don't need anything else. RGB should only be in my display.

OK, who wants to go in with me and make RGB power cables? With of course some secret squirrel stuff in the cable itself to "vastly improve the response time of your gaming PC" in addition to the RGB LEDs.

I mean, what else are they going to call it? Some other random "stream" synonym to be lost in the flood of names?Ironically all of the press focus on "Strimer" sounding strange in some markets has made it more rememberable to me at least.
