32L is a "test vehicle"? never heard that before, especially when the experienced manufacturers pumped it out for over 2 years at high profit margins.
And you believe anything that comes out of China? Their 32L production is going well enough that they use non-Chinese 32L? I'm sure high yielding mass produced 64L is right around the corner /s
Even if serious, they are two years behind the competition. IMFT is at the same stage of their 96L production as China is with 64L (and I'll bet with much, much better yields).
They are capacitors, they don't have security issue. It's more like the proof of "we can make high speed NAND too", which only Korea, Japan, and US can do right now. China is concerned about its IC industry.
