No it is not, lpddr3 uses significantly less power than ddr4 especially on idle so if you want a long battery life its still the way to go. lpddr4 is still unsupported on the latest intel chipsets.
Saying "single USB Type-C port and two Thunderbolt 3 ports" is confusing because there are three USB type-C ports, two of which support TB3. The other one probably supports USB power delivery (65W? 87W? 100W?) and data at 3.1 (gen1? gen2?) speeds, but it sure would be nice if the manufacturer just came out and told us.
