Appreciate your information on the latest Powerline products - I have used earlier Linksys power line products - These seem to be much better and more powerful. Further the Smart switch seems to be really 2 in one product - can be a real value for money product - and a step towards electrical gadget automation .The 3200 Mbps router - you mentioned as short-lived - Not yet released - Any reason for believing so ?
Netgear has had the 3200 product in the market for the last 4 - 5 months. The 3200 is not a MU-MIMO solution. I expect TRENDnet to have the AC3200 solution as a me-too product, don't really expect much marketing push behind it.
The flagship will be the MU-MIMO solution as more and more MU-MIMO clients come into the market - and that is the AC2600 solution using teh QCA9980.
