I really hope that a major oem will release a good Android set top box with top nothc SoC like Tegra 4 or Snapdragon. Would be great for a simple htpc now that xbmc runs on android.
A Nexus like that would be a great device. Nexus Q rebirth maybe??

    I support that.
Please have the set top box including miracast capability, sometimes I just want to mirror my phone/tablet to my tv.

I third it. Can't come fast enough.

The Ouya will do well in this area if people buy it in droves as it's getting xbmc direct support iirc.

However, I fear it won't be as functional as I'd want - not sure if it will have gigabit or only 10/100. Also USB 2 only? And no dedicated remote although an android phone with appropriate app may suffice.

I saw the first picture and thought: "Why name something a 'Fluenger'?"
