Hey guys, Actually the Samsung V9 TLC 1Tb is called K9AKGD8x0D or D-Die but it might be in fact 280-Layers with 290-Gates with a double deck design. I dont think it might be 290-Layers.

Knowing that it stays at 1 Tb makes me more curious about the die size.
