Let’s hope for DDR5-6400 ECC DIMMs as well, especially unbuffered UDIMMs.

Those timings are atrocious compared to virtually any other 6400 on the market. I guess that's the price to pay for 1.1v and JEDEC compliance.

Pumping 1.35V into something that is specced for 1.1V would fix most performance issues, yes.
CL52 at 6400MT seems about par for 1.1V DDR5.
