Hopefully it has Thunderbolt 4! Thunderbolt 4 is platform agnostic, correct?

I don't know if AMD has met the requirements to use TB4 yet.

They have to work with Intel to enable TB4 to use AMD's own IO Virtualisation tech. instead of intel's.

But we don't know if AMD is working on this, AMD leans toward open-standard. That's why they're working on USB4 now for late2021 or 2022, hopefully it will have the optional TB3 enabled.

Ah, I see. Actually I wanted to ask for the difference to 835, 845 and 855 which are using Ryzen 4000 mobile and started in G7.

It is those ones. The article should have really called it the 805 series.

Reading laptop reviews over the past couple of years, it's easy to see how much progress has been made not only by high-performance laptops and desktops but also by thin ultrabooks and even unassuming machines for the office and home. In fact, the border between the last two categories is gradually disappearing, because now in both it is customary to use low-watt versions of the CPU, which, on the one hand, have a fairly high performance, and on the other, have not lost their main advantage: moderate power consumption. I am reading all this most likely out of interest since my main job is to help write essays on the https://writemyessay.nyc site if anyone is interested. Well, for my work, a laptop of the previous generation is enough. I want to buy a new one, but honestly, I don’t know why.
