Our title covers commodity DRAM (DDR4 in this particular case), which is what our readers care about the most. DDR4 quotes are not expected to increase in Q1 because of the outage.
TrendForce considers the market as a whole and therefore it mentioned that specialty DRAMs may get more expensive because of the outage, whereas server and graphics DRAM are to get more expensive because of higher demand.
