    The headline for this article is inaccurate. HP themselves announced the expansion of this recall in January of 2019. In fact, the link in the Anandtech article about the original recall takes you directly to the page with the updated information.

    So while the Consumer Product Safety Commission may have delayed in acting on this because of the shutdown, it was announced in January by HP.

    To make the heading accurate, you would need to add "Consumer Product Safety Commission" in front of "Delayed."

    As for this: "...the accumulator in use needs to be replaced..." What year is it? I feel like I've been shot into a steampunk abyss when I see someone refer to a battery as an accumulator.
