Nice that price of Thunderbolt SSD drives are cheaper - it possibly could go lower with more completion at this price range and with Intel under $10 controller.
I would also like to see that the Thunderbolt SSD also support USB-C connections, which is likely related to Intel's announcement about new controller. Personally I have multiple mobile device that support USB-C but only the Dell XPS 2in1 that supports Thunderbolt
I would like to see a cheap bare box (same size as this) with PCIe 3.0 x4 interface, to which I can add my own M.2 SSD. I'm also with HStewart regarding USB-C 3.1 Gen2 compatibility.
