I'd be more interested in one that let you adjust the forward/backward position of the thumbpad. I've got Razors 17 button MMO mouse and can only use the frontmost 6 of the 12 thumbpad buttons. If I put the rest of my hand far enough forward to comfortably hold the mouse, bending my thumb enough to reach the back half of the pad becomes painful over the course of a gaming session.
