WRT the tablet, with the base specs of 2GB of RAM and 64GB of memory going for $599, this doesn't seem like the greatest value. You can get nearly identical specs for $200 less with the HP Omni 10, for example. Yeah, it's a slightly faster CPU and you get the active digitizer, but that's not worth a $200 premium for me.
Of course, I'm speaking from the point of view of a consumer. Perhaps it's different from a business point of view.
600$ makes it the cheapest Wacom full sized tablet with 64GB of storage, that I can think of anyway. Business, students and possibly some artists too would find this a solid option from where I'm sitting.
With the way prices are dropping, I don't see how I can possibly not get a Windows 8 tablet in the next year. Being able to run desktop software on a sub-$1K tablet makes this very attractive.
That resolution means 16:10 and that alone is a major reason to consider buying this. I already own a T100 and it is great and Bay Trail is far better then I expected.
My remaining question is will the drivers for pulling data in sleep be available for 64bit windows by the time this sells? If not it is a major knock against it.
It's a lot nicer than 16:9 on a tablet, and on a desktop display as well. I think most Android tablets were 16:10 originally, dunno now, most of the original WinRT tablets were 16:9 and it was immediately noticeable and off putting. This is an x86 Win tablet tho, gotta wonder how well it scales at that res ands size on the desktop.

Is the digitizer Wacom? I haven't seen anywhere that specified.But I suppose you're right, it would seem to be the cheapest 10" Windows tab around with an active digitizer, barring refurb Surface Pros.

Hi,$599 with pen? I don't think so. The base configuration is going for $599 but it doesn't have the digitizer(Its Wacom).
That's a good price if its true.
