    Slowly getting there... If they could make them just 10 inches smaller yet, I might be really interested.

    You'd need to talk to LG about that. Suspect smaller panels will come as they roll out new substrates.

    These definitely use LG panels, as LG is supposed to (or already did?) announce a 42" version of their OLED TVs, aimed specifically at the monitor enthusiast market. So these ASUS "monitors" are a competitors to LG's newest small OLED TVs.

    What's interesting is they have Display Port, where LG TVs do not. Does DP 1.4 support 4k@120hz? I don't know, but these monitors do have HDMI 2.1, too.

    Too late. Samsung ARK just ate all your lunch money. The 40"+ size needed 16:9 and 2160p--yes. But it also needs curved. I'm not even remotely interested in a 48" flat display. I will be on pre-order for the ARK.
