Agreed. Although it's neat they suggest -40°C and +85°C as the operating range. On the series brief they mention 3K P/E cycles, for MLC, typical maximum PE-cycle-per-block numbers range from 1500 to 10,000. So basically cheap TLC that is engineered to match up with MLC. If you where that worried about write endurance, I think people would forgo all that, and buy SLC up front, where the PE cycle is ~100,000 before failure.
