"...and there might even be some RGB, since you can't avoid it these days even if you try."

    Fixed.

Built for people who spend lots of time at trade shows and no time talking to consumers.

    > we have another table PC

Does that make it a "deskbeneath" system? Rolls right off the tongue!

Not sure about the thermals, either. On the bright side: it'll keep your pizza warm.

Would not recommend as a desk. Think of the crotch impaling potential of that pointy thing at the bottom. It'd also be awkward to wrap your legs around it and then explain to your boyfriend that you're not infatuated with your computer and enjoy spending time with it more than him because it does what you want it to do most of the time and isn't an emo-drama queen that demands constant attention and ego stroking over his automobile/tools/muscles/sports team.

He has permanent damage from constantly working himself into a frenzy over his hate of RGB components. You learn to ignore his posts eventually

It's all fun and games until someone spills a drink on your $3000 coffee table PC...

Only $60 for the stand? It looks sturdy and well-made, worth more than $60. I guess I've read too much Apple news in the past week.

Looks like standard mild steel with some sort of cheap coating. I can see a hole on one leg maybe for screws so the whole thing will be quite small when dismantled. Desk tops tend to cost more than legs, as they are made with better finishes that have to also be sturdy, and are large & awkward to make / store / distribute. This 'desk' has no top, it's just legs, so it's cheap.

PS I came here from the article about the new smaller pyramid case.

You could seemingly cut a hole in any table to hold it. If the thermals are decent, There are some very interesting DIY projects to be had.
