Borderlands 2 was awesome. Def. gonna get this game when it's released. Borderlands2 split screen on the xbox was 100s of hours of fun and the PC version was amazing too.
It was an excellent example of how you don't need Crysis level hardware to have an amazing game: funny, varied, exciting, and action packed.
I loved BL2 as well. I enjoyed it thoroughly and played through the campaign at least 4 times at this point with various friends. My only main concern about this game is claptrap as a playable character. I will reserve final judgment for once I've played the game, but I'm going to go on the record and say I think it'll be a mistake. While he is occasionally a funny character with some cute lines and roles in the game, I absolutely do not see him as playable character material.
Since he's (it's) a robot, I assume that he (it) would be immune to the oxygen resource mechanic of the game? I'm really curious to know how he'll (it'll) play.
I played BL1 so much (too much?) on Xbox Live. All the characters, all the DLC, and so much Crawmerax farming! Chimera revolvers FTW! I feel like I have only scratched the surface of BL2, they released so much content that I couldn't keep up and eventually just kinda got lost in the game. Too much of a good thing? I'm certainly not complaining, but at this rate I am pretty sure I won't get around to BLPS until 2016. Oh well, it will be on sale on Steam for $5 with all the DLC by then. XD
Nice. Too bad it is only for 770 and up. I wonder if this game will be full price. Have a steam gift card just calling "use me". Looking forward to this new game, but would be more excited about a true BL3.
The Borderlands series is possibly one of the most renowned names in the world of gaming, and both the individual main entries in the franchise have gone on to fetch critical and player acclaim and set records in sales. I am waiting

Yeah but just think of all the alternate paths he'll have to take due to stairs in the way.inighthawki - Thursday, August 14, 2014 - link
I'm going to be *very* disappointed if he can climb stairs in this game :)All I know will have been a lie! That or claptrap is just a liar and a coward ;)
