Someone tells me please that this driver fixed the purposedly cripled viewport performance of defective by design drivers of fermi cards in OpenGL aplications, we are recomending Blender users to avoid those defective OpenGL cards until Nvidia fix those serious Issues starting with 4XX series. A GTX 2XX is faster than any Fermi cards in sculpt mode and Nvidia is saying to everyone "Buy Quadro'' , ''Buy Quadro'', but before Fermi, everything was OK. Please don't tell me this is another Ferm(ented) driver...
